You are responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness inside your personal room area daily.
Report Issues Instantly
Immediately inform us about power cuts, slow fans, Wi-Fi connection issues, fused bulbs, broken switches/plugs, or window damage.
Strict Prohibitions
Alcohol, Tobacco, and Cigarettes are strictly prohibited. Any tenant or guest found under the influence will be denied entry immediately.
Damage Costs
Any major repair costs resulting from personal negligence or misuse will be borne by you.
Our Role
External Hygiene
We take full care of cleanliness in common outer areas, corridors, shared bathrooms, and toilets. If you find anything inappropriate at any time in these common areas, inform us immediately via Text or Chats for an immediate resolution.
